It's live for estate agencies right now, but nothing about the vault itself is industry-specific. It's built for any firm that needs to know who it's dealing with: conveyancing and law firms, accounting and audit firms, financial advisors and brokers, letting agents, all of them.
Do I need to create an account or remember a password?
No. We email you a one-time code, you type it in, and you're in. No password to forget, nothing to install.
Which firms can see my documents?
Only the firms you've said yes to. You can check exactly who has access whenever you like, and take it away yourself, on the spot.
Does it cost me anything as a client?
Nothing. Your vault is free to use, full stop. Firms pay for the platform, not the people uploading documents to it.
